Free online image editor!
There are several free online image editing sites. Photoshop even has a wonderful online imaging site called Photoshop Express Editor.

But here is a new site that you don't even need to create an account with that I'd like to share too.
It's called Ribbet at http://www.ribbet.com/
All you need to do is upload a photograph and choose to make edits with problem photos, add text, create nice frames then download the finished result to your computer.
Nothing is better than free except when I don't even have to create an account. Enjoy!
